1. How do I contact Allison Berland Jewelry?

2. Prices for custom fine jewelry

The necklace price is based on 16 inches in length, the bracelet price is based on 7 inches in length. Other necklace and bracelet lengths are available upon request. Custom prices take in to account the differences in cost for the choice of gemstones. All 18 karat gold pieces have an 18K stamp.

3. How do I pay for my custom order?

After identifying the custom design, we will email you an invoice with a link to process the payment through PayPal. 

4. How long will it take before I receive my custom order?

We expect it to take about one week to ten days for the process from start to finish. This includes 1) identifying and signing off on the custom piece, 2) payment, 3) making the custom piece, and 4) shipping the piece to you. 

5. Which countries do you ship to? Are shipping costs included?

We ship to all countries. Shipping is free for orders shipped within the continental United States. Shipping fees apply for orders shipped outside the continental United States.

6.  How do I care for my jewelry? 

Each piece of jewelry is hand made and designed for you, and can be worn as every day luxury. It is a good idea to be aware of objects that could snag or pull on your jewelry, such as a zipper.

7. Return Policy

Our goal is to work with you to create a piece of custom designed fine jewelry that brings you joy.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back within fourteen days of receipt and we will refund the full cost of the item, minus shipping costs. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in a new and undamaged condition, and include a copy of the receipt or invoice number. Please note that damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
